TERMS OF SERVICES

References and Editing Policy

• Only image references, text references, and design commissions of the character to be drawn will be accepted.
• You, the commissioner, are responsible for the quality of your references. Ensure they are up-to-date, clear, and concise, or your character may not be depicted accurately.
• If I, the artist, have not started your request, you may amend it by resubmitting the form with all required information. You are responsible for submitting complete information in one form.
• Completed commissions may not be edited or colored by another artist, including the commissioner. Cropping for profile pictures is the only exception.
• I will not be held responsible for correcting or adjusting commissions due to unclear or incomplete information provided by the commissioner. However, I will correct or adjust commissions if I fail to follow the provided references or requests.
• If edits are required due to inaccurate reference materials, you may request corrections without additional fees.

Payment Policy

• Payments are in USD currency.
• I require 30% payment upfront before starting the commission.
• Payments below 30% will increase prices, while payments over 50% will result in a discount.
• Although I create SFW content, commissions must be ordered by persons who are 18+ and can legally agree to these terms.

Invoice Contract

• By paying the invoice, you agree to pay for the artist’s services and accept all the terms listed here.
• Once the invoice is paid, the work is bound by contract.

Refunds and Time Frame

• Refunds are not offered for contracted work.
• If I am unable to complete the request, a refund will be provided.
• The completion time is estimated between 2 to 6 weeks.
• If 8 weeks pass without any progress, this constitutes a breach of contract. At this time, you may request a full refund or continue waiting.

Work In Progress (WIP) Previews

• You will receive a WIP preview at every stage of the project.

Art and Artistic Rights

• I, the artist, retain all artistic rights to commissioned work. I may use the artwork in online/physical galleries, portfolios, and other forms of publications, with credit given to you, the commissioner, unless the work is purchased as a work for hire.
• You, the commissioner, may use the commissioned work for personal display as long as credit is given to the artist (e.g., icons, signatures, social media, etc.).
• I will deliver the final product to the person who purchased the artwork. Any public posts of the artwork will credit the commissioner and the character depicted.

Disclaimer

• I reserve the right to refund a commission at any time if I feel unable to complete it.
• I may update or clarify these terms at any time to better protect both parties from misunderstandings.
